Is it normal that u friend has mood swings?

I'm a boy, and I'm not bi-polar, and (obviously) don't have PMS, so I'm assuming it's normal.

I have moodswings too. Its natural for us girls

i have alot of moodswings too , it's becuz i feel insecure and i want to cry but can't so i go crazy and snap when someone asks me a nice question, i remember i threw the chair when i gone mad lmao XD
