The average 12 year old now days knows what's up with that stuff now days. They can consent. I knew all about that stuff since I was 8 or 9, (the memories all kinda flows together but yea 8 or 9) i know that for fact cause that's when my cousin gave me some porn mags and educated me. Abd that was some time ago, now days kids have way better and easier resources then I did. Kids are learning younger and younger. Abd with education and understanding comes the ability to consent
