1) Why does he have to wait for her?
In my mind that just sounds like he's making up an excuse to push you away without owning up to the fact that HE just doesn't want to marry you.
2) Your parents won't let you wait?
Are you still living at home? Are they forcing you to marry someone else?
Or... are they telling you not to waste 4 years of your life waiting for him to pull his head out of his @$$?
I mean what MAN makes his woman wait FOUR years... just so his sister can get married first?
I suspect they are thinking what I am thinking... that if you wait 4 years you'll be 26 and he'll think of another excuse why you can't get married.
It may hurt to think of life without him but, if he's really "the one" then he wouldn't be playing games with you.
