This made me laugh! I know what you mean. Its normal for individuals to do this. Its a ego booster for them. I dont become angry with them just sympathetic. I encourage them to keep pushing harder for them to obtain perfection. I tend to become the role model and I help them. Of course I get paid for it.aswell
