Yes I do have to agree on this. I don't ever want to hangout with arrogant people. Nobody is perfect; nobody is better than others. I let people know when they try to pull my string.
Arrogance does play a role in the business world though. You need to have arrogance to be able to compete against other companys. We had learned about that in several of our business classes. If you aren't arrogant in your own company then there would most likely be failure or just not much profit. You need to make it seem better than it is or might be, to get more customers in. Show how great your products are and so on...
