Insecurity is a virtue. Insecurity is a crack through which someone else's voice can slip through, and contrary to popular belief, that isn't a terrible thing. Anyone who acts like they're completely sure of themselves is a bullshit artist.
Insecurity can also completely cripple people, though, while healthy confidence can allow people to accept that changing their mind doesn't make them weak. It just depends on what kind of confidence you have.
