I have NEVER met ANYONE who blames what is happening in North Korea on the populous. NEVER! Only an idiot would do that.
However, many countries elect their leaders and I think it's fair to hold the populous responsible for what an elected government does, to some degree.
Is it normal that this makes me angry?
