Is it normal that this kid annoys me to no end?

So there's this kid who is in most of my classes and he annoys the heck out of me! He'll say things like "Crack the whip" or "Bring the hammer down" in the most annoying voice. He sucks up to all the teacher including the health teacher who really doesn't even care about health. And then he'll do something that I HATE. I had a crush on this guy from my church that he knew also. Everyday back then he'd ask me if I still like him and he'll do that every now and then. I'll say no and he'll go "Oh I see, I see how it is." he does the same thing with my manga books (only I say I do like them). Just the sound of his voice makes me want to drop kick someone off a cliff.
