Is it normal that this happens to me?

When someone is telling me a story and they are speaking softly, i get this tingly feeling all over me- mainly my face, neck and arms. And an insane rush of pure relaxation washes over me, almost to the point where i feel really sleepy or light headed/faint.

Is it normal?

    Could it be ASMR? If you don't know what it is, just look it up. There are also a couple of entries on this site on the subject.

    Yep, I get this too. Usually when someone is drawing something on my hand or back.

    Yup normal. our minds react to soothing and calming sounds without you even thinking about it
