I don't even get sex dreams that often. When I do however, every time I'm about to have sex with the girl in my dream I feel like I need to piss. So when I go to the bathroom to piss, I realize I'm dreaming and then I wake up. It's so frustrating! Has this happened to you? Is it normal?
Maybe you should make sure you purge your blatter before you fall asleep. For me, whenever i have a sex dream, the girl I am having sex with turns into a doll about the size of a barbie doll while I am doing her, or the girl turns into something or someone that I don't want anything to do with sexually. It really pisses me off.
If you need to urinate while you sleep sometimes you dream about it.
Likewise remember men cannot urinate and ejaculate at the same time. So as in real life... you can't come if you need to pee.
Perhaps your body is interpreting the signals to empty your bladder as a sexy dream
