    You need to stay strong for your kids, every time you want to smoke or drink, think about them, they already lost their mother, if they lose you, they will have nothing left.

      thanks man you and like two other ppl are actualy helping me i already kicked the drinking but i alwas just want to kill my self but i cant cuz my kids will be alone and put in an orphanage
