Pictures can fall off the wall if you don't pin them up right. If you've in just moved recently and put that one up not too long ago, then it's not unlikely.
The silverware... I can't really explain that one. Did the drawer just open up by itself and empty everything on the floor?
Is it normal that things move in my house?
