Is it normal that there was an olive in my raisin bran?

I found an olive in my bowl of kellogs raisin bran. It was dried up as if it were a raisin in disguise. Can i sue?

  • It could be an escaped olive trying to get back to Italy.
You should put it in a tiny box and send it to someone in Italy so it can be with it's own kind and be happy.
Are you sure you didn't buy Kellog's Olive Bran by mistake? The boxes are similar.
I wouldn't try to sue over it though because they might send the olive back to Iran where it would be tortured.

  • you should rephrase, "is it normal to sue for an olive found in my Kellogs bowl" ? The answer, no.

  • That wasn't an olive. To identify it, more detail is needed.

Like, did it have wings? If so, how many pairs? Was it multi-segmented? How many pairs of legs did it have?

  • Probly just from a food made in the same factory your lucky it wasn't rat poop. I don't think you have a chance to sue them becos you really can't prove it was in the food and its also not harmful.
