Because going to a doctor about something and then being told that it is normal after all would be really embarrassing? Especially if you were worrying about it for days before hand. A lot of people are nervous about seeing a doctor, they want to know if it is strictly neccessary first. For all the OP knows, everyone might have wormy poop, and it should just be ignored. It shouldn't be ignored, and now the OP knows that, and probably will see a doctor.
Is it normal that there are tiny litle worms in my poop

the thing is... worrying won't make it go away if it's serious.
going to the doctor will let you know how to treat it.
not going and just worrying breeds ... more worrying and a possibility of making it worse
