True. I just recall an incident where my daughter ate sausage at her dads and the next day he went for the leftovers and when he cut into it, there was something there that clearly should not have been there. My daughter had to give a stool sample. Not fun. I haven't eaten pork, especially sausage, since that happened a few years ago
My sister won't eat pork for that reason. She's never had a first hand experience but she is just a germ freak and won't ingest something that could give her worms.
It's harmless as long as you know how to cook it, though.
Is it normal that there are tiny litle worms in my poop

It's not just sausage! Any pork that is undercooked can contain worms. Yum!
