First off, I've never had the issue of up or down with any woman I've ever known well enough to share a toilet with.
Second, and most importantly, I believe, if I were a woman I'd be quite happy to come into the bathroom and find the seat up. It would preclude the possibility that some guy had peed all over the seat.
Doesn't that make sense, girls?
Great to hear that this was never an issue for ou :) I imagine you never left urine on the seat. In my experience that is the matter of argument and not which position the seat is in.
I still don't like finding seat and lid up because it is quite likely that they were in this position when the flush was used. Yet you are right that I can sit down in confidence that I'm not about to experience discomforting and disgusting wet on my bottom.
IIN that the toilet seat issue with men and women is still a thing?
