Is it normal that the rainbow symbol is used by homosexuals?

    I didn't know that Homosexuals using the rainbow prevents you from using it in your own way.

      Many people will make an assumption or jump to a conclusion that you are a homosexual (or a homosexual group) if you use this symbol. This can be very detrimental in many aspects of life.

        If someone assumes I'm gay because I use the rainbow in some fashion and then refuses to hang out with me because of their wrong assumption then so be it. If they are so intollerant of others I don't want them in my life.

        You may be the one jumping to conclusions or assumptions about other people. If I see someone wearing a rainbow I assume they're wearing a rainbow. If I see someone who falls in love with members of the same sex , then I assume they're gay.
