You don't have to be read your Miranda rights when arrested. However, if you make any incriminating statements after being arrested, the prosecutor won't be able to use those comments against you in court. If the officer thought you were your dad, then your dad must be wanted for something. You were speeding. Man up, stop looking for discrimination everywhere, and stop whining about it!
