Is it normal that the police officer didn't read me my Miranda rights?

    I'm not sure about the laws in ur country but in mine if the officer don't read u ur rights it's an unlawful arrest and the case will get thrown out. Also any evidence obtained illegally ( no search warrant) can't be used and must be excluded
