      The confederate statues haven't been designated by UNESCO as antiquities.
      Were Russians wrong when removing statues of Lenin and Stalin? Were you upset then that they were removing parts of history?

          History is history. Whites Only signs are part of American history and heritage but we took them down too.

            We as a society did that because it was the right thing to do. It would lead to more segregation, which solves nothing, because as you've stated "no race has a monopoly on genius".

            And I agree wholeheartedly. We, all of us, need to find a way. We need to hold back those that seek to see us battle one another based on race or ideological differences.

            That is what America was founded for. Freedom.
