Is it normal that the feelings last for days when she is sexually up

Hi, I am 35 and my wife is 31. Recently a man whom she secretly admired happened to sit beside her in a public function. She said she had the most intense sexual arousal in her life. However, she is saying the experience was a bit embarrassing, though it kept her in an elated state throughout the day and next until the same thing happened the next day also. She says her mind remains in an elated state for the next two days. Even though it is embarrassing, she says she enjoyed the feeling very much.

However, she says this is different from the arousal she gets from me during our sexual activity. We lead good sex life and she says she is fully content with me. However, she is getting some other kind of intense arousal from someone other than me is really bothering me. She says that happens accidentally and she doesn't have any control on that. She promises me that she will not engage in any sexual activity with him, rather she is not sure whether the other man is aware of that or not. I can't imagine a sexual arousal causing a feeling for the next two days as for me, these are short or the feeling simply goes off in the next few minutes itself. She thinks she will feel the same excitation if he is nearby in future also and that hurts me really badly. Do all women experience the same kind of feeling when sexually excited? If not, why is she having such an excitement? She says she had similar feelings earlier to some other people also, but this is the most intense in her life.

BTW, my wife is an OCD patient and earlier suffered from depression also. She is taking an antidepressant regularly.
