Mine comes first thing in the morning. A coffee first, then a cigarette while I'm sitting on the throne. I live alone so I can keep the bathroom door open while I listen to GMA on the TV in my bedroom. I sure wouldn't want to be the person who might visit my apartment in the morning, so I open all the windows to prevent excessive gagging from some unexpected visitor.
