      No shit. Any person who speaks another language can do this, regardless of what country they're from. So why randomly say Indians do this, if anyone from any country can?

        Because they go out of their way to use their language in inappropriate environments, such as work or in front of english speakers to exclude them. Other cultures do not do this. It's implied in what I said, i.e, indians do this just like O.P posted.

        I didn't think I needed to repeat their entire post so that you would understand. Just like you only asked "And?"

            I will try and only use direct quotes with date and time stamps so as to avoid any possible "generalization". I will also footnote and give sources from now on.
