Is it normal that sometimes real life feels like a dream?

Recently I have been hanging around many family and friends, and I would go to fun places and have the time of my life, but then that all changes when I feel different and everything feels like a dream, my ears start to block a little, followed by the feeling if unrealness, I walk forward and it doesn't feel right, I don't know why this happens, I get the right amount of sleep with a balanced schedule yet it all feels tireing and unreal.

Maybe too much stimuli triggers a shift in consciousness? I know everyone's different, but with me, some times when there is just too much going on at one time, the same thing happens. I think it is a form of disassociating.

The Brain cannot differentiate fiction from the reality. Like when you have a nightmare and you wake up sweating and having your heart beat fast. Your body responds to the stimuli as if it was real. This could also go reverse in which real life feels like a dream.
