I think its an age thing. I went 2 years believing i was living in someone else's world. Almost as if i was being recorded and everyone was in the joke? And definitely felt as if even my thoughts weren't safe. But trust me, i out grew it and you probably will too, don't worry. No one can hear your thoughts, you'll be fine. Your thoughts are your thoughts and no one else can hear.
Is it normal that sometimes I think people can read my mind?
