When my fridge was empty, I bought some food to put in it. If you're feeling useless, put some use in your life and be useful.

Yes, but if you don't want to get yourself out of that mindset, then maybe not as normal. You sound a bit depressed. I've been there and I know how you feel, seriously. It is possible to move on but first you have to decide to. And mean it. I know this sounds so naff... but start a hobby if you can? I did and it actually helped (even though I was sceptical). You do have worth but first you have to believe it.
People tell me "Be more considerate", "You don't know what they are going through" and yup, they are right. Still, you have to WANT to be happy and be willing to not only appreciate yourself but take the effort to do things that make you happy. Dissing yourself is not going to help, only you can make yourself happy and we can all start by loving ourselves first. People who are overly sad eventually repel others and people who are fun and seem to be enjoying life attract others so get to it soldier~

Me too. Just feel it accept the way you feel and let it pass, because it will.
If after a while it doesn't, then try doing something about it. Just do something, anything, and you'll see you're not useless. Find out what you are good at.
