Sometimes I eat food (donuts, apples) and then i’ll sneeze and chunks of that food will come out. Thoughts?
Our mouth and the nose are connected. When you eat, the palate, a soft lid like structure in the back of your throat closes. The reason the food comes out of your nose when you sneeze is because your palate does not close the connection to your nose properly.
Once I was drinking tea and when my niece, who was around two or three at the time, said something funny and I laughed and the mouthful of tea ended coming out my nose XD
