      Nah intrusive thoughts are like when I find myself thinking about gay stuff all day even though I know I hate gays and I'm as straight as can be but I never actually pull up the gay porn which is an action. I'd say pulling the knife makes it not just an intrusive thought, unlike me who never pulls up the gay porn cause I aint no gay
