Rather than accepting your feelings and apologising, he shifted all the blame on to you and belittled you. This is the response of someone who is manipulative at the very least, and possibly even somewhere on the psychopathy spectrum. The fact that you've asked this question here suggests that he succeeded to some extent in undermining your self-confidence, and that's a very bad sign.
You have the right to decide who you want to talk to. Anyone who tells you that you must talk to them and that you're stupid or childish for not wanting to talk to them is a person you definitely should avoid.
If you want justice, you've come to the wrong place.
