It could be a form of sleep paralysis, although, with SP you are not completely aware of what is going on around you. You will have a strong sense of danger, and often times frightening hallucinations.
I feel that most of the times that sometimes I hate going to sleep because I hate the rush and heart attacks I feel when I can't wake up. Is there anyway to avoid this or at least make it lesser?
That does sound like a form of it. My friend takes some kind of meds, and she says that they help. You should talk to a doctor as soon as you can, it can get worse.
Is it normal THAT SOME TIMES I CANT WAKE UP?
