What is the big deal?
I mean, I would find it rather disturbing if I was talking on the phone with someone and all of sudden heard them grunt. But what's wrong with harmless peeing? It's not like they're describing what they're doing (at least noone I know of does that). I think it's kind of funny when it's between two people who have known each other for a while, it shows that they are comfortable with each other and that they trus one another.
