Is it normal that since I was about 13 someone's always wanted me

Don't envy me. It hasn't made me happy and there's been plenty of times I've been depressed over it. I've lost a lot of friends through it and it hurts to know that they only really wanted to be around me to be with me or to get in my nickers. People I've genuinely loved as if they were my family and when I say there's no chance of a relationship to loose them from my life has made me have relationships with them just to keep them in my life. With some I still miss them but know the only way they'll talk to me again is if I phone them and say I want more than a friendship when I don't!
