It's a huge turn off for me if a grown man is shy and weak, I associate those qualities with children and people who haven't learnt vital social skills. I feel like I'm baby sitting them. But hey, variety is the spice of life - we don't all like the same things. If you're into it then go for it.
I'm not saying weak men turn me on, just strong in a diffrent way. The kind that can show compassion and aren't ashamed to show their weaknesses to people that gained their trust. As eeeekkk said, getting to know them better is much more rewarding.
