It's understandable that you're anxious to tell her about your feelings, but trust me: you do not want to be "just friends" with her. You'd like to get naked and do stuff to her. ;)
Like the people above me said: go for it. I agree that it might complicate your relationship, but if she's really the girl of your dreams, then it's worth the risk. Good luck. :)
