Have you actually DIRECTLY MENTIONED this to her before? (Not passive remarks like "Why couldn't you tell me?" -- straight out tell her that it pisses you off when she's always late!)
Maybe she has a terrible concept of time and doesn't know how much it worries you. Until you thoroughly discuss it with her, STOP COMPLAINING about it. If you have a problem in your relationship, talk to HER.
(Is it normal that I get urked over men whining about women online when they don't even have the balls to talk to the woman about the issue?!) :/
I do try to talk to her about it but I get shut down when she clams up on me. And sometimes I don't want to really press into it because it would put us both in a sour mood when we do actually get to go on the date.
One time I lied and said it was okay and not a big deal (I was definitely pissed off) just so that I didn't have to spend the next few hours miserable with her. But then her response was, "No it's not okay!" Then I said, "Well, so then why were you late?" And she looks at me and says, "I don't know, I just am!"
IIN that she's always late?

Weird.
