Is it normal that she's acting this way?

So I've been dating my girlfriend for well over a year, and we're in a long distance relationship til we move in together sometime this fall. Well, the past week if so she's been in a real bad mood, and cussing at me and then sometimes when we're on the phone she just wants to get off. She said it's not about me. She also said she doesn't know why she's like this. Any ideas?

Sometimes I get in a mood like this. I get so stressed out that I just don't want to deal with people. I feel bad, but I almost can't control it. I would suggest really being patient with her, and just making sure she knows you care about her. Don't be overly persistent on getting her to talk about what is bothering her...although I know that's hard (it drives my boyfriend nuts), but I'm sure she will talk to you when she is ready.

Maybe she's angry about the whole long distance thing, that stuff can really take a toll on a person after awhile, hope everything works out :)

She is probably dealing with something that for some reason she isn't telling you. Just be patient and try to ask again, sometimes it is just about waiting for us to feel more comfortable with the issue before we say something.

It's only been a week, if it continues for a couple more weeks then I would say there is something wrong.

Be direct. Tell her "I know this may make you angry but I need to know why you've been so upset lately, because I don't understand and I don't feel I should be treated this way. But most of all I just want to work this out and be happy together." You can work this equation in alot of problems in the future. Situation+How you want it resolved+something mushy <--- Always worded non-aggressively and never making it all about her but the both of you.

she found someone else and is irritated by the fact she doesn't know how to tell you so instead of enjoying talking to you its like a chore.

She is a female learn to deal with it all the time or just ignore her when she acts like that till she stops doing it. It's kinda like training a dog

too vague. be direct and ask her telling her you're concerned because you like her so much. be sympathetic, not sappy
