Try everything you can before giving up.
If she says that... Try to show her that she can trust you, make the possible and the impossible... And after all that, if she keeping cheating on you and dont change her attitudes then let her go. But at least (in my opinion) you will feel that you tried everything for her and you wont feel so bad in the end.
