She's keeping you in the "Emergency only" case. When things go awry, if you say the right words, then you get her. You're her back up. DO NOT let her keep it up. Let her know your intentions and if she keeps wanting to keep you in the friend zone, either leave her alone, or MY personal favorite, get her friends. Makes her watch as you have fun with them that she could've had.
Oh, and that's if she really has a bf. Try asking her why she texts you even though she said so. Then grow up and realize this truth, if she text you while with him, wouldn't she text another man/boy possibly her ex again, while with you?
