Is it normal that she changes her hair and i notice her?

SO, there's this girl that I've known for a few years. She's funny, clever, kind, and different enough from me that we never really see each other. I saw her a few days ago with her hair natural for the first time.
Normally (read:everyday) she straightens it, but it has natural ringlets. It's relatively short-a bob. I'm just shocked at my reaction to the change. I find her incredibly attractive now, and feel rather shallow.
Has anyone else become attracted to someone after a change in their physical appearance?

    Yes if she changed her appearance it might have made her look more attractive.

    she proboly glad you noticed I think she would be more bothered if you did not. I cut my hiar one day and my parents did not notice at all it made me kindve sad they did not notice at all . That was years ago I was like 14 .

    Yes, it's normal. This actually happened to me once. People change their appareance and they look much better, happens all the time.
