I quit a year ago after being a full time smoker for 5 years. It wasn't too difficult because by the time I quit, I just hated everything about smoking and knowing how sick it makes me feel to have cigarettes when I haven't in a while (the nicotene) made me not want to have any even when I had a slight craving.
Is it normal that quitting cigarettes has been so easy?
