I've successfully quit long-term (6 months approx) a few times and the hardest part was that moment when you think 'OK, just this once'. You smoke one and then the next day you want one. So you buy a pack to have on hand and smoke 1 or 2 a day and then before you know it you're fully smoking again. Advice: Don't do it even 'just once'.
Is it normal that quitting cigarettes has been so easy?
