I have the most amazing relationship with my guy. We never argue and really are perfect for eachother ( I'll spare the details) And we are getting married. Yet family members try to make up things and " hate" on it. For example I found a text to a family member saying that I had another fight with my guy. When in fact no " another" or fight occured? And why would a family member gossip in the first Place if something happened ? I am very confused and shocked by the findings. I would want nothing but the best for my family members.so why don't they want that for me? Pretty sad and closed off from

    My family does the same thing!!! My grandma is nothing but a big gossip-mouth.. She gossips about everything, even if she doesn't know all the details..
    My boyfriend came over to my house after church on Sunday, and we were cuddling on the couch (laying down) and my grandpa came in and yelled at us.. next day, one of my youth leaders came to me and asked about me and him.... but she asked if we were having sex...... O_o We were just laying on the couch!!! Nothing else!! Turns out.. my grandma rumored that she thinks we're having sex, when in reality, we're not.....
    I think families just feel the need to hate relationships of their babies.. it's annoying..

    Well this is iffy. Usually if both your friends and family dong like your man, there is usually something to it. If it's just your family, then they are just dinks. But just remember, everyone can't be wrong.

    Could be a combination of things. But if you think your relationship is so perfect, you probably get pretty annoying about it. It is insufferable to hear a girl say, "me and my bf this, me and my bf that, he is the greatest bf ever, and we have the bestest relationship ever!"

    If you never get into fights, he's probably kind of a nerd and/or passive. It's normal to have an occasional fight, and every guy I know who gets laid a lot will bitch his gf out at least from time to time. Nobody wants to hear about how your nerd bf is the second coming of Jesus Christ, so just tone it down, and talk about normal things.

    Your fam sounds kinda weird too, but you gotta consider what you might be doing to trigger their reactions.
