    Does this involve a fellow citizen (Sorry i dunno where youre from) or are foreigners exempted from this pet peeve? just wanna ask hehe.

      I'm American and yes, foreigners are exempt because their accents are sexy as hell. It can't be easy to learn the basics of another language, let alone mastering the grammatical structure.
