Is it normal that people stare at me in public?

omg people do the same EXACT thing to me and my sister's out in public. i mean we have pictures of us on different family vacations and theres like random people just staring at us in some of them, one is a black girl staring at us with an attitude lol. and when my sisters were at disney waiting in line for this ride they kept complaining afterwards that there was this boy staring at them for no reason and theres plenty more to write but i'll close for now :}
