I shower every day once and I put deodorant. I contemplated on asking a "friend" how I smell but my mom told me its better not to because then they will start assuming that Im insecure and that maybe I do have a bad smell. The thing is I have been to this school for two years (this is my second year) and these aren't really people that have been my friends for long. I can't say that I have any friends close enough to ask and that they would understand. Most of these kids are starting to act cold to me. I have a friend that I know since I was 6 and I asked her and she told me I didn't have a smell. She doesn't go to the school that I go to though. These kids just aren't really nice to me. They only give a shit about themselves and its not because I don't make any effort to be friendly. I'm completely friendly and I can express myself whenever I want to. These kids though are jerks most of the time.
Is it normal that people around me act as if I smell?
