    The reason I said you sounded paranoid was your age and the fact that you said "this means they've had sex with children" thats a huge assumption. Also the guys that said you looked young probably ment young as in 18+ not as in child age. It would be very uncommon for even one guy to say you look like a CHILD and then hit on you let alone multiple guys. Thats just not something you share. Thats just saying "hey im into children"

      I mean you are making an assumption it would not happen becuase it hasn't been something you witnessed. You shouldn't discount anothers experience based on your narrow view. If someone trys to date you thinking you are a minor that means they planned on pursuing a child. That means they are attracted to kids. Though I would argue these idiots are also dumb for not paying attention to any other context clues aside from physical attributes.

        I am making an assumption that they knew you were not a kid. Ive never seen a 30yo that looked like a child.
