Just because someone has made a lot of money, or knows how to make a lot of money, or is successful in business like Gates for example, does not make them an intrinsically better human being than a person living in say, a mud hut in Africa but happens to be doing the best they can in their own community in their own way.
You are making the mistake of equating fame and money with some kind of intrinsic worth as a human being.
Means very little. Some of the richest and most famous people in the world can also be the most miserable, lonely, depressed, suicidal etc.
