Is it normal that one sip of alcohol literallystarts making me drunk

Why do I take one sip of alcohol, beer, wine, liquor, doesn't matter what it is, I start to immediately feel a buzz beginning---after one sip! Is it just that I have not built a tolerance to drinking or could I possibly be ""allergic""to drinking lol if that makes ANY sense at all? How pathetic do I sound smhhh.?? The expression she "can't hang" is meee 1000000% ! And it sucks smh! I can barely finish a single drink and I'm white girl wasted, but the sickI'm gonna throw my guts up kind,not the fun tipsy cutekind :((

    The fact that you take one sip and feel drunk is a sign of alcoholism. It is common but it is not a normal thing when drinking. You may develop a problem over time. I would suggest seeking help while you are capable of figuring out about yourself.

    If you're a frequent/heavy drinker or used to have way better tolerance, you're addicted. Stop drinking.

    On the other hand, if you've always been this way, you might just be a lightweight. This isn't a bad thing, since you'll spend most of your life not being frat party age and will enjoy getting drunk cheaply. To look cooler, eat some bready or starchy food before you drink. This will absorb alcohol and slow its release. It's important to pace yourself though. OD's are no fun.

    No it is normal and it's a good thing. While everyone is getting alcohol poisoning. Your just drunk. I would enjoy it because alcohol is like poison to your body so the less you consume the better. Only the Internet thinks it's cool if you drink a lot.

    Thats awesome, you can save some serious money not having expensive bar tabs. Just babysit your one drink all night and mix in some glasses of water. Who cares what people say, you have a hyper sensitivity to alcohol, it saves you money that they waste 😆
