Yes it is perfectly normal for your left to be bigger. Your heart sits in the middle of your chest but it's more muscly on the left side. This muscle takes up more room (hence why your left lung is smaller) and also pushes outwards a bit so this is why your breast is bigger on your left side.

Yes, but almost all men have a symmetric rib cage. Am I missing something?
