Because fat people are everywhere and he has to constantly look at them destroy themselves. He just hates looking at fat people they arent good to look at. Hes not trying to make himself feel better hes just tired of looking at fat people. I put alot of effort into being healthy, its easy all you need to do is exercise and eat healthy.
Are you fat? Most fat defenders are fat so they cant see from a fit persons point of view. Put yourself in a fit persons shoes and then look at a bunch of fat people.
It's possible to be fit and healthy without looking down at every fat person you see! Also, I strongly doubt that you/OP care about their health.
I put a lot of effort into maintaining my car. But if somebody wants to drive around in an old bomb and that made me angry, would that be a reasonable response, do you think?
This wouldn't affect my opinion but as you asked, I am thin but not fit. I suspect that if I spent hours in the gym, got into real good shape etc, I would have to make sure to also CHECK MY EGO! It's entirely possible that my natural childish, unhindered response may be to look down on other people who haven't put in the effort I did:
1) To justify myself doing it - I mean, other people don't care about fitness, but I have to justify its importance because I've put in all that effort.
2) I want to make myself somehow feel better than others, because I deserve something for all my effort.
3) I'm comparing myself to others. Now that I think I'm hot shit, everyone else looks more flabby than they used to, just by comparison.
But I wouldn't believe these things because that would make me an asshole!!
Do you think you/OP's reaction to fat people is that of a well balanced and psychologically mature human being?
Why do you think in this case you have any right to expect someone else to live up to your standards?
Im not an asshole I just have no respect for people who dont care at all about there bodies. How can I respect someone who doesnt even respect themselves.
I dont do it to feel better about myself or feel or act superior just everytime I look at them I feel disgusted. I dont like anything about fat people. There gross primitive humans, who throw there lives away. I dont expect them to live up to my standards I expect them to take minor efforts to maintain there appearence so I dont have to be discusted upon looking at them.
Im one of the few people who was overweight who easily losed the weight and made no excuses. It was easy all I had to do was eat less and exercise. Most fat people dont do jack shit about there problem they just talk about fixing there problems and not do anything.
I can be an asshole, but maybe thats the approach fat people need to change. If you just coddle them and tell them "your perfectly fine the way you are" There not going to do anything. You have to push them.
Is it normal that obese people make me angry and and disgusted?

Too bad most choose not to and probably never will. Being an asshole can at least be beneficial in some instances, being obese can't.
Im one of the few people who was overweight who easily losed the weight and made no excuses. It was easy all I had to do was eat less and exercise. Most fat people dont do jack shit about there problem they just talk about fixing there problems and not do anything.

I agree with this.
